What are the delivery options?
We send all orders second class by Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to delivery within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Please be aware that during busy periods (like Christmas) Royal Mail advise that delivery will take longer. If you’d like your items tracked or other options then please message before you place your order to arrange.
How long does it take for you to send my order?
Generally orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. If a product is made to order (it’ll state this in the product info) it can take 3-4 days to dispatch. I’m always working quickly on getting your orders posted and on their way to you.
Are your products vegan friendly?
All of our products are vegan friendly apart from our room mists (I’m working on it) We use natural soy wax for both our melts and candles, we use fragrance oils rather than essentials oils and our glitter and packaging are eco friendly and biodegradable.
Do you offer collection instead of delivery?
Yes we certainly do! This is a free option, just select the correct box when you checkout. Then keep an eye on your emails (including junk) I will contact you to arrange a suitable time to collect.

Do you send your products internationally?
Currently we only send our products throughout the UK.
What happens if I’ve put the wrong address when placing my order?
Sometimes mistakes happen, we totally get that. If you’ve made a mistake on your address please contact us asap and we will update. As we post our products out quickly, we can’t guarantee that this will be corrected before it’s dispatched (it totally depends on when you contact us but we’ll always try our best) If the order gets delivered to the wrong address that you added, it’s down to you to collect it or arrange for it to be delivered to the correct address. We can not offer a refund or a replacement for an incorrect address and this includes misspellings, missing postcodes, wrong house numbers etc.
A product is out of stock, when will it be available again?
All of our products are handmade and we rely on some suppliers for some things like fragrance oils, candle containers etc. If these are out of stock it can sometimes take a little while for us to have them back in stock as we’re waiting on the suppliers however please always fill in the ‘notify me when available’ button so that we can make contact with you the moment it’s back on the website.
Are your products safe around pets and children?
Always keep our products out of reach of children and pets. Always be careful when using a tea light burner, lighting a candle etc when children and pets are in the house.
We use fragrance oil instead of essential oils. Generally it’s essential oils that are toxic to pets however some fragrance oils have a small percentage of essential oil in them and as you know pets can also be sensitive to certain things and develop allergies just like us humans. If you know your pet has allergies or is sensitive to perfume products then please avoid them completely. We provide CLPs on the back of our products which lists allergens, we can also provide safety data sheets upon request. If you’re ever in doubt then please check with your vet.
